Hello there,

I'm Amanda, a Leadership and Career coach and consultant. I specialise in coaching mid career professionals who want to take control of their career direction to be more fulfilled and successful at work. 

Amanda Owen Meehan Consulting was founded in 2018 to focus on working with professionals who had reached a point in their career journey where they wanted to take stock and think about how their future could look. 

Maybe you've decided where you want to go but things aren't moving as quickly as you'd hoped. You might be looking for the next promotion in a leadership role or seeking a role that is more closely aligned to your personal values. Or do you have that feeling that your working life has plateaued and you need a change of direction?

I provide career and personal development coaching to help professionals take the next step in their working lives. I do this not only from the perspective of a qualified coach but as someone who has a varied senior leadership career in the public and not for profit sector and actively continues to work in interim leadership, consultancy and change management as part of my business. 

I work with my clients face to face in Birmingham but in the main work virtually via Zoom.
