I've worked for 25 years in support of others: encouraging and empowering people to embrace challenges, try something different and enjoy the feelings of personal fulfilment that achieving desired outcomes brings.
I hold a Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching awarded by The Coaching Academy – Europe’s leading accredited coach training organisation. I am also a qualified primary teacher with experience of working at leadership level in dynamic and successful schools in Cheshire, UK and Brussels, Belgium.
BA HONS Degree: Social Science (Goldsmiths College, London University)

Areas of coaching I deal with
Choose the coaching package that feels right for you. The 'Classic Coaching Package' includes 6 X 60 minute sessions - plus written summary sent within 72 hours - but this could be modified to include 4 or 8 sessions.
Monday - Wednesday - 10:30 - 19:00 and Saturday - 10:00 - 13:00

Workplace Wellbeing - 2-hour Work-life Balance Workshop
As you may be aware, having a positive work-life balance can help employees carve out enough time for both work and the many other areas of their lives. Whilst ensuring balance isn’t the sole responsibility of employers, you can do a lot to help by providing opportunities for your employees to reflect on the balance in their lives and offer them tools to help them strike the balance they want. Having happier employees is good news for your business, organisation or school overall; employees who live balanced lives are better equipped to meet the demands of the workplace and perform effectively.
The Mental Health Foundation states:
“The cumulative effect of increased working hours is having an important effect on the lifestyle of a huge number of people, which is likely to prove damaging to their mental well-being.”
Poor mental wellbeing directly affects how employees behave at work: a government report on work-related stress demonstrated that stress accounted for nearly half of all working days lost because of ill health.
Aims of the workshop:
- To consider what balance is and its importance
- To enable attendees to identify what gets in the way of balance
- To give attendees the opportunity to reflect on where they are now and their ideal
- To provide attendees with some tools and techniques to help them to achieve the balance that is right for them in the future
