About me

The start to this decade has been unsettling and worrying to say the least but having the chance to step back and think about what matters most in our lives can be a valuable and liberating experience. Having a positive mental attitide at this uncertain time and dreaming of, and planning for, a better, brighter future can help us to get through challenging times.

There is no time like the present so take the first step towards making those changes that you've been meaning to make for a long time...

Take the first small, yet empowering, step now and book your FREE 40-minute, no obligation pre-coaching consultation.

How can I help you?

Perhaps you are considering a change in career?

Maybe you would like to use your skills and talents in new ways?

Perhaps you know that something is missing in your life and you want help to clarify what that 'something' is?

I work with people like you who are at a crossroads. You want to make changes but don't know where to start. Making changes has been high on your 'to do' list for a long time but you haven't done anything about it... The first requirement for making change is an awareness that something needs to change, that something is wrong, and that something could be better. This awareness is the spark that brings attention to your thoughts, feelings and ambitions.

That's where I come in, I'm your catalyst for change. You know you want something different but you're not sure you have the ability or the energy to pursue that 'something different'. Perhaps that negative little voice in your head is holding you back?

Let me support, encourage and empower you. I'll ease you through the changes you want to make and keep you motivated and on track, even when your confidence waivers. Finding out what really matters to you and where your strengths lie will set you on your path to living the balanced, happy and purposeful life you want to live.

As your personal, one-to-one life coach, I will challenge you to tackle issues, energise you to remove barriers and enable you to turn negative thoughts into positive thoughts. I will encourage you to plan each small step and take the action needed to transform your life so that you can achieve the outcome that you really want.

Be your authentic self... Start living the happy, fulfilling life you want to live!

If you are ready, willing and able to move forward in your life, then life coaching is the intervention for you.

Further information

In addition to 1:1 coaching, I offer the following workshop to organisations, businesses and schools:

Workplace Wellbeing - 2-hour Work-life Balance Workshop

As you may be aware, having a positive work-life balance can help employees carve out enough time for both work and the many other areas of their lives. Whilst ensuring balance isn’t the sole responsibility of employers, you can do a lot to help by providing opportunities for your employees to reflect on the balance in their lives and offer them tools to help them strike the balance they want. Having happier employees is good news for your business, organisation or school overall; employees who live balanced lives are better equipped to meet the demands of the workplace and perform effectively.

The Mental Health Foundation states:

“The cumulative effect of increased working hours is having an important effect on the lifestyle of a huge number of people, which is likely to prove damaging to their mental well-being.”

Poor mental wellbeing directly affects how employees behave at work: a government report on work-related stress demonstrated that stress accounted for nearly half of all working days lost because of ill health.

Aims of the workshop:

  • To consider what balance is and its importance
  • To enable attendees to identify what gets in the way of balance
  • To give attendees the opportunity to reflect on where they are now and their ideal
  • To provide attendees with some tools and techniques to help them to achieve the balance that is right for them in the future

If you are an employer and would like to offer your employees this opportunity to assess the balance in their lives, please get in touch:

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a life coach's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the life coach to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
