About me

Are you at a career crossroads and not sure how best to use your strengths?

Or stepping up to a new role and appreciate that you need to develop your leadership skills?

Or do you lead a business or team and know you could get higher performance, but you're not sure how?

Amanda works with people who are committed to getting the best they can out of themselves and their team. She is an experienced and knowledgeable coach and brings practical tools and techniques to build your skills and confidence.

Coaching is a powerful solution because it is designed to meet your specific needs and the kind of challenges you personally face.  If you are looking for support in any of the following areas , contact Amanda at ABC for a no-obligation complementary consultation:

Business coaching - to help you and your team achieve stronger results and improve performance;
Career coaching - to think through your strengths, what kind of a career or organisation would suit you and what options are open to you;
Leadership - to build the skills you need in a more senior role;
Work/life balance - to deal with stress and achieve a better balance in managing the demands on you;
Personal development - to build particular skills that will enable you to manage situations or open up further opportunities;
Confidence - to build your self-esteem and take a confident approach;
Motivation - to tap into what really motivates you and help you get back in charge of your life;
Energy - to understand your patterns of energy use and how to manage your energy during the day, so that you stay on top of things

If you want a mentoring approach to coaching, where the coach shares her experience and provides information and ideas on options open to you, please discuss this with Amanda in your complementary consultation.

Fees

Every client is different and brings their unique circumstances so Amanda prefers to have an initial telephone conversation with you to discuss your needs and agree whether you will work together. She can then design the approach that best suits you and quote accordingly. Only then do you need to commit to the package and to your side of the coaching programme - it is you who will make the changes and it's important you are fully committed to put in the effort.
