Amanda has been coaching for over 12 years as she developed her leadership and management consultancy practice to include one-to-one coaching and team coaching. She has been working full-time in the world of people development since 1997. Amanda started her career in Marketing.
Association for Coaching
The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.
Areas of coaching I deal with
Every client is different and brings their unique circumstances so Amanda prefers to have an initial telephone conversation with you to discuss your needs and agree whether you will work together. She can then design the approach that best suits you and quote accordingly. Only then do you need to commit to the package and to your side of the coaching programme - it is you who will make the changes and it's important you are fully committed to put in the effort.
In addition to normal office hours, Amanda can arrange evening or weekend sessions, where that is your only available time.
