About me

I am based In Swansea, south Wales and work with face-to -face clients in Swansea, Carmarthen and Bridgend.

My approach is an integrated and creative one. I use NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) approaches and techniques and bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in adult learning into my work. I understand how people learn and change, what motivates them and what barriers they must overcome – what keeps them stuck. The latest neuroscience and psychology research also inform my practice.

I offer coaching packages which are tailor-made for clients’ needs. The minimum package is 8 hours contact time and consists of two 2.5-hour sessions and the remaining three hours are negotiable.

A blended approach, where some sessions are done through Skype, is an option, and I am currently developing coaching packages through Skype/Facetime/Google.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am an NLP practitioner and coach and have a PhD in adult learning.

I am a qualified teacher and trainer with years of experience working in adult and community education. I have worked with groups of adults, helping them overcome barriers to learning.

I also have certification in: Hypnotherapy; Timeline Therapy; Kinetic Shift

Project management roles (and qualification) have given me the skills and experience to coach executives. I am enrolled on an ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) Level 7 course in Executive Coaching and Mentoring, qualifying in December 2019.

I have had a varied career: health science research, community dance, environmental education and project management for example, all of which add to my broad understanding.

Other areas of coaching I deal with

I have a specialism in helping people deal with alcohol issues - whether their own or family/friends

The minimum package of 8 contact hours - £495 (This is subject to offers which I sometimes run).

Longer packages and Skype coaching - the cost varies depending on the client and needs.

Further information

I have attended many silent retreats and meditate regularly. This practice grounds my coaching work.

You can contact the life coach to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
