I have personal experiences of divorce and leaving a long-term position at work whereby my life has been completely out of balance. On both occasions, I was living a life that was great for others but not for me. I felt unfulfilled, lacked purpose yet worked really hard to make it work for the benefit of others alongside a belief that I needed to earn a certain salary to enable me to do the things that I thought made me happy. This led to a level of burnout which encouraged me to find a better balance resulting in a happier, healthy life for me. I'm now passionate about empowering others to identify their own barriers to achieve the same.

As a first step I encourage a free, no obligation experiential coaching session via Zoom or phone call. It is important in any coaching relationship that we are confident we can work together. It provides you the opportunity to get to know me, how I work and to experience first hand what our coaching conversations would be like. It would be great to understand what brings you to coaching and what you are aiming to achieve. If you feel inspired to work with me, we can discuss a session package that works best for you. My pricing starts at £495 for 6 x 1 hour sessions.
