About me

In the midst of continual change and uncertainty it is quite normal to get stuck or to loose direction or a clear vision of what is important to you.

Personal Development Coaching focusses on increasing your self awareness - looking at life goals, personal challenges and long standing aspirations.

As your Coach I will help you to recognise what changes you want to make in your life and how you can get there, as well as identifying the potential that already exists within you (and believe me when I say - there will be lots!) Through a series of questions designed to help you to recognise, accept and build upon your strengths and weaknesses I will help you to achieve this potential.

I won't necessarily offer direct advice and won't tell you exactly what to do. The Coaching process trusts that you already know most of the answers (or know where to go to get them) My role will be to ask you the right questions, challenge any limiting beliefs, and support you through a tailored personal development plan, in order for you to set realistic goals and continue to work on your aspirations outside of the coaching session.

You could think of coaching as a spring clean for your brain! As your Coach, I can help you to to re-organise your thoughts (and throw away any that are no longer helpful to you) goals, and aspirations.

I will start by helping you to evaluate where you are and what your life is like now. I will use different techniques- including open ended questioning - to help you to understand where you want to be and how you can get yourself there.

Through a series of sessions I can coach you on a range of topics including:-
