About me

Hello.

I'm Ali and I work with people who want to take control of their personal and professional lives and achieve what they need to lead a fulfilled, balanced and happy life.

Through 1:1 coaching, I help clients to create their own transformation by stepping out of the everyday, gaining clarity, removing blocks and taking bold actions to achieve the authentic goals they set for themselves.

Coaching could be for you...

  • if you’re facing a specific career or life challenge and want to change or be more confident, effective and successful,
  • if you’re looking after everyone and everything else and wondering where there’s space and time for you,
  • if you can’t seem to find the time in your busy life to focus on the big questions , like what really excites and fulfils you,
  • if you know that there are particular issues holding you back such as confidence or procrastination and want to improve your skills.

You will be open minded, ready to awaken your potential, build your resilience and willing to invest in yourself and your future. Coaching helps you to be clear about what you really want and discover what actions you need to take to get you there.

How I work

I start with a free 30 minute call so that you can ask all the questions you want and I can find out a bit more about you and what you want to work on. If you decide to go ahead I will send you some exercises before our first session so that you can reflect further on what it is you want to achieve and what might be getting in your way.

My first session is always 90 minutes so that you can make progress straight away.

Why I coach

I thrive on helping others and coaching is my passion. I consider myself lucky to work with interesting people who want more from their personal and professional lives - more fulfilment, more authenticity, more happiness. Their success is my purpose.

Further information

Happy clients:

Ali is such a wonderful coach. I have had several sessions with her and after every single one of them, I felt a change occurred in my way of seeing things. I felt more confident, anchored in my strengths and gifts. Thanks to Ali's coaching style, a new perspective always opened up which I hadn't seen before, a new way of approaching issues and road blocks which were stopping me from achieving my goals.... I am very grateful to Ali and cannot recommend her more.  - MV

After each session with Ali, I felt I had a very clear view of the next steps I had to take and the confidence that I could take those steps was massively increased. Knowing that there is someone who believes in my abilities has been a great boost for me and at all times I have felt that Ali was 100% sincere in her support. I found it easy to be open and honest with her . Although I would describe our sessions as enjoyable, Ali didn’t shy away from tough questions and showed her commitment to getting to the heart of an issue so that progress could be made. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ali as a coach.  - KW

Ali helped me to define some career and life goals and in so doing to clarify the direction I want to take and the steps needed to get there. I was also supported in analysing my performance at work and identifying barriers which were impacting my enjoyment of my current role. Her knowledge of the corporate world and her managerial experience underpin her questions.  Rather than offer advice, Ali asks some difficult questions and then helps you to find the courage to be honest in your answers. I really enjoyed the coaching process.  It isn’t often that we are able to say exactly how we feel and what we dream of without fear of judgement and from someone who really listens and is tremendously committed to supporting you on your personal journey. - KH

Ali played a huge part in helping me sort through the muddle that was in my mind. She helped me prioritise what was most important to me and that then helped me decipher the best route – for me – to achieve those goals. Ali’s approach is very gentle and she had a calming influence on me. The questions that she asked made me think more deeply – and at times I was surprised at my answers. I found Ali a safe, encouraging and supportive coach and will certainly go to her again should the need arise.  - KB

I started my sessions thinking I needed to change how I worked. Ali helped me realise that the business was already a success, so we addressed why I was feeling overwhelmed and why I didn’t have enough time. We had a variety of conversations covering relevant business and personal topics including how the business affected me. Organisation has always been my weak point. Ali helped introduce lists to prioritise my tasks, which has enabled me to have a better work life balance and renewed confidence. I highly recommend Ali and look forward to using her in the future. - NW
