I like to apply my psychological background to help clients be their better selves, both within their careers and personal lives. If we are able to live by our values in both environments, then there is a chance at having a more fulfilled life.
I have coached clients to achieve this differently, including:

- General self-development (public speaking, handling conflict)
Through our work, you will find your purpose and personal motivation. From there you will be able to create a strategy that aligns with that purpose. In my experience, clients who achieve this are more motivated to succeed and happier with the outcome.
HOW I WORK
The first session explores your world and the desired outcome you want from coaching. Through questioning and challenge, we will attempt to discover the underlying motivations of your goal. By doing this, you will gain more clarity in what you want so we can create an effective strategy to get there.
Values are an important part of the programme. Values describe a way of behaving or being that you feel strongly about (e.g. courage, creativity, wisdom). By knowing your values, you will able to behave in a way that aligns with those values and reward yourself for doing so. I will help you to discover your own by using tools I've gained from my psychological education.
Finally, we will create a strategy together that will help you move towards your desired outcome. This will be achieved by creating manageable goals that are linked to your purpose and values. If I've done my job well, you will feel more motivated to complete these actions than your usual "to-do" list.
I offer a free 30-45 minute discovery call before starting coaching. Here we will talk about your priorities and how coaching may meet them. We will then establish if we are a good fit for each other.

A. 3x sessions (£150)
B. 6x sessions (£210)
*Each session ranges from 45 minutes to one hour.
I also offer bespoke programmes that are tailored to your needs, options include personality assessment, values work, ACT, leadership development, mindful living.
The first session is free. Programme payment in full after completing the first session.
However, I also offer 30% money back should you wish to conclude your programme after session 2 on Package A. or after session 4 on Package B.
