I work with people to be their best and to live life fully and wholeheartedly. Through coaching I aim to empower people to realise their aspirations and move towards where they want to be in their life.
As a coach I offer the space, time and support for people to create the confidence, energy, motivation, and awareness to take action and to get to where they want to be.

I support people in all aspects of their life focusing on finding ways to live in a way that allows them to be their best. In all my coaching I work with clients to create the confidence and belief to find and follow their own answers. In nurturing this belief, I have worked with clients to:

As a coach I meet people where they are on their journey, to enable them to take control and to navigate to where they want to be with awareness, clarity and motivation.
My coaching approach is founded on the belief that the person being coached has the answers and not me.
A coaching session begins with this belief.
I will not advise or offer answers but provide the time and space through listening and asking questions the person being coached to find their answers.
My coaching programmes
I offer coaching in two ways online or over the phone:
- A three-month structured programme of fortnightly coaching
- Regular 1-hour 1-to-1 coaching sessions either weekly, fortnightly or monthly
I work with people from all walks of life. While I have recently coached many clients aged 16-35 at the point of making big life decisions, my goal is to coach anyone looking to unlock their unique greatness to be and bring their best to the world.
Prior to all coaching relationships I provide an initial 1 hour introductory call to explore and experience coaching with me and to see if it is right for you.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have over 4 years of coaching experience. Working with people from all backgrounds.
I completed the MOE Foundation assessed coaching training in 2017. The training is recognised by the Association of Coaching.
Since 2020 I have trained and supported volunteer coaches at Universify Education, a charity that uses coaching and residentials to empower young people from underrepresented and low socio-economic backgrounds to fulfil their potential through education. I have also run coaching training in other organisations and charities.
Association for Coaching (AC)
The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.

Free initial telephone or online session
I offer an initial 1 hour session free of charge to get to know you and to hear what you want to explore with coaching.
I believe coaching should be available to anyone, regardless of their financial position. Although a one-hour session is typically £150-250 the cost may vary to consider each individual’s situation and so there is no set price. While I provide pro bono coaching, typically through charitable programmes, I believe paying for coaching is an important part of the commitment an individual makes to themselves in embarking on the coaching process.
