Do you want to feel more empowered to step out of your comfort zone and get rid of your negative thinking and unhelpful habits?

If you want to transition from where you are today to where you want to be tomorrow coaching can definitely help you. Whether you want to lose weight, stop worrying that much, become more confident, change career or become a better parent I can support you in your journey. Healthy mind is as important as physical health and I believe that investing in personal development can make your life turn around 180 degrees.

I'm passionate about women's empowerment and that is why my coaching programmes help to embrace new confidence and reveal a healthier, happier version of yourself! I work within the cognitive-behavioural approach that draws on evidence-based psychological models and promotes a flexible way of looking at personal and business related challenges. Cognitive-Behavioural Coaching will help you to make links between your thoughts, behaviours and emotions and will provide you with useful tools and strategies to tackle current as well as future obstacles.

What can I expect from the first session? The aim of the first session is to get to know each other and make an initial action plan. As a coach I would like to understand your needs, goals and expectations. You, as a coachee (client), will make a decision whether my style of coaching is right for you. It's important to choose the right coach! First session can last up to 75 minutes. Further coaching sessions usually last 60 minutes.

Do I need to prepare for the first session? It's best to go with an open mind! You may want to think of a specific area of life that you want to improve but don't think too much about what to say and how to introduce yourself. I will help you with that.

How do you know that it works? First of all from my clients. I helped many people to discover their inner potential, focus on personal development and find motivation. But I also experienced coaching myself and I know that we sometimes need a little bit of extra help to get where we want to be.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a qualified life coach and coaching psychologist. I also have BSc in Psychology, MSc in Health Psychology and several certificates in Stress Management, Performance Coaching and other psychology related topics.

I have been running a private practice (now known as Inner Potential) since 2016 I also have an extensive experience in mentoring youth and providing psychological consultations to children and families.

Psychology has been always my passion but I decided to choose coaching as my career focus after trying it myself. A few years ago coaching helped me to achieve my fitness goals and find a balance between work and life so I can truly recommend it to anyone.

Firstly, I would like to invite you for a free discovery call. It will be a chance for you to find out more about coaching and decide if I'm the right person for you.

THE KICK-START:
This is a great programme for someone who is new to coaching and ready to make their aspirations a reality! The programme includes:

- 1 x 75 min kick start session - includes setting up goals, obstacles profiling and values questionnaire
- 5 x 60 min coaching sessions - progress monitoring, new skills learning
- Free materials, resources and tips to keep you engaged between sessions
- Detailed email session summaries
- Email check-ins between sessions
- Option to continue with single sessions after the completion of the programme. Further sessions can be scheduled at client's convenience.

These six sessions are valid for 3 months. Weekly or fortnightly coaching sessions bring the best results.

FEES: £450 paid in full (saves £50) or 2 x £250

THE SUPERCHARGE:
If you are seriously ready to turn your life around this programme will be ideal for you. Here's what the Supercharge programme can offer you:

- Pre-coaching strengths profiling questionnaire
- 1 x 75 min kick start session - includes setting up goals, obstacles profiling and values questionnaire
- 13 x 60 min coaching sessions - progress monitoring, new skills learning
- 3 x free 15 min emergency call between sessions to support you if you feel stuck
- Free materials, resources and tips to keep you engaged between sessions
- Detailed email session summaries
- Email check-ins between sessions
- Option to continue with single sessions after the completion of the programme. Further sessions can be scheduled at client's convenience

These 14 sessions are valid for 6 months. Weekly or fortnightly coaching sessions bring the best results.

FEES: £1100 paid in full (saves £100) or 3 x £400

PERSONALISED TRANSFORMATION:
A tailored programme just for you. We can discuss your needs and obstacles and design a bespoke plan that will help you to become the best version of yourself. This is usually an investment between £1000 - £3000 depending on intensity and duration.
