About me
Welcome to a warm, kind space full of understanding, support and empathy. Sometimes that is all we need and the rest flows from there.
I have been a documentary filmmaker for many years, creating emotive human stories for the likes of Netflix, Amazon and Disney. I wanted to take those skills of connecting with and understanding people into a more personal sphere.
I’ve trained in various different areas - from NLP to psychosynethesis - but have belatedly realised that people have all the tools within to help themselves and just need a space to be heard, seen and accepted. The rest will flow from there.
Psychosynthesis is a lovely blend of psychology (the mind) and spirituality (the soul) and is based in a deep rooted belief that everyone is perfect, resilient and resourceful (even if it doesn’t always look that way!).
We will simply talk, reflect, and YOU will find the solutions you need with a little help along the way.
I can't wait to meet you and take some of that burden away.
