Outdoors of course!
It’s a well known fact that walking in green spaces is good for the brain. It improves concentration, reduces mental fatigue and helps us be calm and meditative. When we’re outside in green spaces we give ourselves over to nature where we can respect its cycles and unpredictability.
Walking side by side with your life coach puts the dilemma or idea in front of you so that you can work on it together. You can listen to each other better. You can both hear yourselves accurately in the wide open space; you relax and open up to be your authentic selves.
One individual commented on what she loves about her walk and talk life coaching sessions; “nature is an inspiration. It is deceptively simple, exceptionally resilient and innately creative.” What better place for mindfulness and development?
