The ease of telephone coaching

Have you considered the benefits of being coached by telephone? There are many.
When I did my initial training to become a coach around 2004, I chose someone from Cornwall to be my personal coach as she seemed right for me. It was a number of years before we met in person, but our telephone coaching was not only very convenient but satisfying and comfortable. I got to know Mary very well and she me! Now we are friends and in some of the same professional groups. We both work using energy but in different ways.
My second lot of advanced coaching training was by phone, as well as in person, but my continuing coaching all by phone. I wouldn’t have swapped that for anything as I was able to feel free to make my own notes as things came to me. It would not have been so easy in front of my coach.
Initially, all my own coaching with clients was over the phone and my dedicated time always special to me. It still is. Although some may say and feel, that it’s ideal to meet their coach, it isn’t essential, and I myself have been coached by people in America, Australia and South Africa, a number of times. My ongoing coaching has been done in this way too.
Maybe the right coach for you doesn’t live nearby. Fiona Harrold, would feel this is true. You could be missing out by not using the telephone method. By being in your own home, or even at the office, or somewhere convenient for you at any time, you can have the benefits of being coached to a high level without the inconvenience of travel. Petrol and time are at a premium these days!
My way of working is unique. I have skills in many areas and know that my way of working is laserlike, powerful and sustainable. I have excellent references, not just as a coach but from other professionals, professional bodies and friends who know me inside out! I do, of course love to meet people, will travel to do so and am able to go to different parts of the UK to do my work. I like this flexibility. I have strong connections with America and have also given coaching sessions there, to back up telephone sessions.
Apart from this, I live in a most magnificent location and from time to time, people come to me for a day or so, for coaching. I have always done this. It links in well with my other facilities and workshops at times. So, don’t be shy! Get to know me and find out how I operate. You won’t be sorry.
All of this work can be followed up by email. My communications have an element of this as a matter of course. For group coaching it is possible for me to travel and/or to organise sessions here at your convenience. Initial preliminary discussions are by telephone so that the group leader or organiser has all their paperwork and information about their colleagues etc. to hand, collated in one place.
Remember that in the day of the mobile phone, everything is so much easier and more accessible.
Give it a shot.
