Loving your years!

If you are approaching 40 or have moved beyond 40 to perhaps your 50’s or 60’s you’ll know how life changing the experience can be. These years can be the most wonderful years of a Woman’s life and yet women tell me they find it a real struggle. The process of age can bring wisdom, both inner and outer beauty. a depth of character through life experiences, love, inner peace, ambition, success, motivation, in fact anything and everything you ever wanted, there is nothing you can’t do.
So what’s stopping you? You! Yes you are stopping yourself being the woman you want to be and increasingly women choose these life stages to develop themselves, seeking therapeutic interventions to put the past behind them or perhaps specialist coaching.
Interestingly the issues that women feel concerned about seem to alter little from the 40’s to 60’s. I find the same conversations taking place and similar concerns.
• “I worry about my weight, I can’t control it or my eating, one minute I’m restricting myself the next I am out of control”- You can turn this around by seeking an alternative to dieting, finding out what really works for you, get support in attaining your own unique and realistic goals and discovering that you never failed on a diet, they failed you! If you’ve worked with a personal trainer and didn’t get the results you wanted, perhaps you need a little extra support to attain your ‘realistic’ dizzy heights!
• “I feel less of a woman, I can’t remember when I last felt feminine?”– You can rediscover a woman who’s amazing, vibrant, beautiful and inspired. YOU! You can be supported to make life changes that increase your self- love and appreciate your changing body. Discover colour and style that makes you smile, try a new look, hair, make up and clothes. It’s magical to discover the real you!
• “I vow to get fitter and shape up, I fail every time!” - So would you choose hours and hours at the gym or prefer to have a creative and inspiring, easy, activity plan? It’s easy to build activity into your day!
• “My body has changed and all I can see are the signs of age...HELP!” – Who told you that age wasn’t allowed? Where did you learn that you can’t have lines and you have to look like you are 21 again? It’s so freeing to accept your body, giving it what it needs and creating a realistic image of yourself. Beautiful! So let’s ditch the airbrush and get real!
So there’s never been a better time to make those positive life stage changes, Now!
