How to erase a bad memory

I’m going to share with you a very easy and quick technique that you can do by yourself.
It’s called 'the washout'.
Pick up your mobile phone and take a look at the camera.
There will be a setting that allows you to control the amount of light you let into the image.
If you turn this setting up too high the picture will get brighter and brighter and brighter until eventually, you can’t see anything at all!
The image will be completely white and you won’t be able to see a thing.
Even if you don’t have a camera at hand, I’m sure you have seen this done before.
1 Whenever the bad memory pops into your head, I want you to close your eyes and start to turn the brightness up and up and up, higher and higher and higher… gradually until the image completely whites out.
2 Do this every single time you get the image of that bad memory until eventually, it becomes an automatic thing for you to do.
3 This process needs effort and repetition! No technique is a magic wand and must like physical exercise it needs to be done otherwise it won’t work. So make sure you repeat this process again and again and again….. and if you do, the image will gradually white itself for good.
