Do you feel overwhelmed by everything and that you are balancing competing demands for your attention?

Are you feeling like you are existing rather than living?

Do you find your brain is whizzing around at 100mph and you can’t think straight?

Have you lost a clear sense of what it really means to be you?

If you are nodding your head to any of these things, grab yourself a place on this restorative day for you. Have some time out to stop and think, and learn about some practical tools that you can take away and use again and again. By spending time with like-minded people, you will hear that you are not alone, and together you will discover the things that can make it feel easier. You will leave feeling like you again, with a clear idea of what you need to do to keep it that way.

It will feel like a luxury - to have time to think in a peaceful environment. You will leave with a renewed sense of purpose, direction and calm.

You will get:

  • A day, full of tried and tested tools to help you look after your own well-being.
  • My continued support through a facebook group and emails.
  • A goody bag, full of loveliness to keep your well-being a priority.
  • An introduction to mindfulness.
  • Lunch and refreshments.
  • Connection with likeminded women.

All this for only £60.

This is the only time this day will be running this year, and there are limited places, so grab your place now. I keep the numbers small so that you can get the best experience for you.

Details: Saturday 23rd September. 10 am – 3 pm. The Bircham Centre, Reepham.

I have worked with numerous women, feeling like they are drowning under a pile of things that need their attention, who have lost a clear sense of who they are. They leave feeling listened to, with a renewed sense of direction. What they have said makes my approach different, is the ability to keep it real and down to earth.
