Why anxiety is your best friend...& how to manage it
Jenny has personal experience of anxiety & panic attacks and has designed this 1 hour workshop to support those experiencing anxiousness.
The workshop will help you better understand what creates anxiety and provide you with practical techniques to help you improve your day to day living.
Jenny is a professionally qualified coach and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practitioner and has been working with clients to overcome their anxiety challenges since 2016. She uses a variety of tools & techniques which she will share with you in this workshop. There will be a maximum of 10 people in the room and The Wellbeing Space is a lovely, relaxed and welcoming environment. There will be opportunities to ask questions, but no interaction is required so you are welcome to sit and listen if you prefer. You may want to take some notes, so please bring pen and paper with you.
Closest parking is at Lower and Upper Hart car parks and The Wellbeing Space is located on the righthand side next to St John Ambulance.
