Yvonne has created a series of NLP and Health workshops focused on different aspect of health and how NLP can help.
The concept of self-care (or self-love) is not a selfish act, it's not about putting yourself first above all else; it's about understanding what you need to do and why. It's about being loving and kind to yourself but also doing things that protect, maintain and develop your well-being. It can be about so many things, from taking time out, creating space, expressing yourself, breaking a habit and de-stressing to pain-relief, making connections, treating yourself or learning a new skill. As you do things that nurture and replenish your being, you'll be in a stronger place for others too. Simply put, it's the key to living a balanced life.
In this workshop you'll explore:
- The concept of self care - what it is and what it isn't
- Benefits and impacts of self care
- What stops us and holds us back
- Beliefs and conflicts including a demo of a NLP integration or reframing technique
- Different ideas, ways and examples of self care practices
- Mindfulness and living mindfully.
A relaxation session is included to help you feel relaxed and inspired. You'll leave the workshop with a better understanding of the importance of self care and ideas on how to build this powerful practice into your daily life.
