Our well-being workshop enables you to take time out of your busy schedule to think about what well-being means to you, how to manage your stress levels, ways to increase confidence when you need it the most and creating wonderful goals to achieve in 2019.
This workshop is aimed to help individuals unlock their future potential, recognise ways to enhance their well-being, as well as supporting their current views around what well-being means to them.
Upon purchasing your ticket, either Georgie or Jessica will arrange a call with you to discuss what you'd like to achieve from the workshop, to ensure we meet everyone's needs in the room.
