Wednesday evening meditations
What is it?
My guided group meditation sessions incorporate deep relaxation, breath-work, visualisation and music - each custom scripted with a different theme or focus, to facilitate self reflection and learning.
It's an extremely powerful way to deeply relax - easing stress/anxiety and promoting healing, calmness and confidence about the future.
They are around 45 minutes in total!
When are they?
Every Wednesday at 8:30pm (UK time). Please join a few minutes before if you can, so we can get going on time :)
What do you need to do in advance?
Just create a lovely atmosphere for yourself to spend 45 minutes in - find your favourite comfy spot, get into bed, light a candle, be outside whatever works for you.
Oh, and invite your housemates, family, partners, dogs, whoever! Please also feel free to share with anyone you think would benefit.
How do you join?
The sessions are hosted on zoom - if you'd like to join, just drop me an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and I'll send you the link and joining instructions.
