The professional working mum workshop. How to be both present and productive
Jackie Meek from Future Path Life Coaching has a passion for coaching professional working mums, enabling them to work through challenges or decisions they are facing and helping them to create an inspiring vision for the future.
This workshop will be focusing on a simple but powerful tool called the five gears, based on a book by the same name. This workshop will help you to connect more effectively to those around you, whilst being as productive as possible. It will teach you to shift in to the right gear at the right time, so you can powerfully improve your relationships whilst still getting things done.
All too often we go through life without truly connecting and can, as a result, miss out on experiences and relationships that have the power to bring us great joy. By understanding how the five gears work, you can improve your ability to connect with the world around you. Using the gears correctly also enables an increase in focus and productivity as you learn to be less distracted and more intentional about how you spend your precious time.
After the workshop you will know how to be in the right gear at the right time and which gears you tend to favour or struggle to get in to. Using the correct gears can transform your day from a bad one to a good one!
A mum who attended one workshop on the five gears says:
"So before listening to Jackie, I had been feeling quite upset and a little stressed juggling so many competing priorities. Through the workshop I could see that I was over-using gear four, constantly multi-tasking, and never doing anything 100%. The five gear workshop gave me tools to enable me to use the other gears, especially gear five, focus, which means I achieve more in a shorter space of time.”
