The people skills course is a one-day, intensive workshop (held monthly), in which you will;
- learn lots of practical tools and techniques to improve your confidence and self-belief
- discover how neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) can improve the way you communicate
- find out how to manage yourself and your team more effectively
- improve how you engage with others in your network, both on and offline
The course is split into two modules over the day and is delivered in a safe, non-judgemental environment, where you can be honest and open. You’ll work in small, focused groups, meaning you’ll have more personalised, individual attention.
You will leave feeling empowered to improve your business performance with a variety of tools in your back pocket, without confidence and self-belief issues holding you back.
