Support for change - group coaching
An accessible and affordable alternative to one to one coaching
I offer a FREE coaching group via Facebook called 'Support For Change', offering weekly coaching tips, tools and techniques designed to inform and inspire you. Ask questions, share support and learn new behaviours that will help you to succeed.
This group is a unique opportunity for you to interact and engage with others also seeking change, to share experiences, offering and receiving support from others as you work to achieve your goals.
Through the closed Facebook group, members will receive regular updates as well as tips on how to clear your mind of negativity and coaching tools that will offer insight into our values and beliefs. Members are invited to post in the group stories of their success and share ongoing experiences.
Members of the Facebook group will then have access to our regular meet ups held once a month in Portsmouth.
The cost to attend the meet-up is just £20.
During the meet-ups, members will have the opportunity to discuss their goals and receive expert coaching on taking action, challenging negative thinking, dismissing limiting self-belief and identifying challenging negative thinking.
Often we know WHAT to change, but we are unsure of HOW to do it. No matter what your goal is:
- weight loss
- increasing confidence
- building resilience
- change of career
- overcoming obstacles
Change comes when we take action, so if you are struggling to move forward with your goals then come along and give it a go.
