Stress busters online - tips and strategies for personal stress management

This fortnightly, group coaching session is designed to discuss key topics relating to stress and to provide you with workable strategies to help reduce your experience of stress in your day-to-day work or home life.
At each session, I will present a topic to start and then, participants can send in questions about their experiences and we'll look at how to manage them better. Participants can also send in questions before the session about what they would like to be covered to firstname.lastname@example.org. I will do my best to cover as many questions as possible in the session.
These sessions give you:
- New ways to help you manage your stress and how to implement them in your day-to-day life.
- Find support for the stress you are experiencing.
- Discover how to break patterns that are contributing to stress.
- Build resilience to stressful situations and learn how to manage them better.
- Develop ways to implement a better work/life/balance.
