“What’s predictable is preventable” and 21st century science predicts the scale of long-term public health implications of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and Toxic Stress.
This event is a public screening of the widely acclaimed documentary film ‘Resilience: The biology of stress & the science of hope’ - an engrossing study of how adverse childhood experiences can be linked to destructive behaviours and physical health conditions as well as emotional problems and mental ill health, therefore of interest to coaches who work in the realms of Health and Wellness.
