Neuro linguistic programming is much maligned. Put simply, it is the connection between how you think about a thing, what you say and what happens as a result. If you expect to lose a tennis match then you probably will. If you assume your kids won't do as you ask, then they are unlikely to. If you don't think you're going to get that job or promotion then you won't. Negative thoughts usually create negative outcomes. They create limiting beliefs and prevent you being who you could be and achieving what you want.
Although I'm best known for my work with parents and children, this is a more general talk with Q & A after. We will cover relationships, sport, work and parenting. I will show you how by knowing a bit more about our beliefs, thoughts, expectations, memories and experiences we can create more positive outcomes for ourselves.
