In this 90-minute workshop, I’ll guide you through a powerful NLP technique called the new behaviour generator. This tool is designed to help you break free from unhelpful patterns and develop new, effective behaviours that align with your goals and values.

What you can expect

  • Introduction: We’ll start by identifying the specific behaviour you want to change and setting clear intentions for the workshop.
  • Desired state visualisation: You’ll visualise how you want to respond in challenging situations, creating a clear mental picture of your ideal behaviour.
  • Accessing resources: I’ll help you tap into your internal strengths, like confidence or calmness, to support your new behaviour.
  • Creating new behaviours: Together, we’ll rehearse and solidify this new behaviour in your mind, making it feel natural and achievable.
  • Testing and adjusting: You’ll refine your new behaviour to ensure it’s ready to be applied in real-life situations.
  • Future pacing: Finally, we’ll anchor this new behaviour so you can confidently use it in the future.

Outcome

By the end of our time together, you’ll leave with a clear plan to implement this new behaviour in your everyday life, supported by the resources you already possess.
