When we utilise our strengths, contemporary research, tells us we are happier, more engaged and increasingly likely to achieve our goals. Getting to know our strengths helps us to focus on the tasks we do well, enjoy them more and enable us to build further confidence and competence. Over time, their development can also help us to build resilience to some of life’s challenges.
This doesn't just benefit you, but also the people, teams, organisations and communities you engage with. When you know your strengths and grow them, relationships can become stronger and more energised.
This free public lecture will provide an engaging insight into some of the emerging research evidence into strengths based development. Come away with a clearer appreciation of how strengths could play a more central role in enhancing your life and relationships.
