Monday meditation group
Our meditation group takes place on Zoom every Monday at 5.30 pm for 1 hour.
It is a drop-in group for beginners and more experienced meditators, a supportive group of likeminded people who wish to learn more about meditation and mindfulness and how to implement these skills in their life.
Each week there is a theme and related guided meditation and talk, there is also room for questions and sometimes we split into smaller groups for a short part of the session for reflections and discussion.

I am an ICF credentialed Coach and have been using mindfulness meditation techniques as part of my coaching practice for many years, I am now half way through a 2 year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Course led by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, and enjoy teaching and coaching individuals and groups in this very useful life skill.
