This 90 minute workshop is for anyone new to mindfulness.
It is suitable for the general public (18 years and over). It will give you the chance to try out a variety of mindfulness practices and to find out more about the eight-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course.

About the host
Sara has practised meditation & yoga for over 20 years and is on the teacher training pathway at the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice at Bangor University. Sara is an experienced group facilitator, coach, counsellor and coach supervisor. She also teaches 8 week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction courses & mindfulness in the workplace.
