Eight week (MBCT-L) mindfulness for life course
During this course, you will learn practices that support our wellbeing and resilience, along with different ways of relating to yourself, other people and difficult situations.
What to expect
There will be a mixture of formal and informal practices in each session as well as practices and new habits to develop at home.
The course will be online delivered via Zoom.
Each session is two hours, plus a five hour day of practice. The total cost of this course is £20.
Dates: 3rd Feb, 10th Feb, 17th Feb, 24th Feb, 3rd March, 10th March, 17th March, 24th March.
Day of practice: Saturday 12th March.
