A deep and inspiring journey.

Can you remember the last time you were deeply inspired? The last time your thoughts shifted beyond the mundane, to a place where you felt moved to change your habits. Can you remember that feeling?

How about reaching that state of motivation, and then following it up with three months of motivating, deep, focused, heartwarming, courage-inducing support.

Over three months you will be crafting your mind and learning self-coaching tools:

  • Getting your mind to work for you, with ease.
  • Carefully crafting it with compassion.
  • Gain clarity and make powerful decisions.
  • Be resilient.
  • Not to worry about others’ judgment.
  • How to embrace mistakes.
  • Communicate effectively and have difficult conversations.
  • Stop ruminating.
  • Express yourself wholeheartedly.
  • Identify what saps your motivation.

In these three months, together we dive deep into who you are, how to take aligned action, how you choose to keep yourself safe, how you experience other people and how to express yourself with ease.

We will look at what you love, how you relate to the obstacles in your life and how to create change.

This course will take you back to your heart and your source of power. The course is full of practical content, written tools, videos and resources available online for everyone across the world to access and be a part of.

You'll receive:

  • a workbook through the post
  • weekly emails with audio and video recordings to support the material in the workbook
  • weekly group Zoom calls - each Tuesday at 8pm - 9:30pm, with one week Zoom-free (for half term)
  • a bonus one-hour one-to-one session with me

The mindcraft course week by week


It begins with an orientation call on Tuesday 6th September at 8pm - 9:30pm (GMT). This Zoom call is a ‘getting to know you all’ call. I’ll share resources with you to help you prepare for this transformational journey on 20th September 2022.
Then the course and live weekly calls with me begin on Tuesday 20th September at 8pm - 9:30pm (GMT) and runs until Tuesday 29th November at 8pm - 9:30pm (GMT).

Orientation Tuesday 6th September. Beautiful exercises to complete, so you’re ready to begin our journey together on Tues 20th September 2022. 

Week 1 

We create a foundation to identify where you are, where you want to be and how you’re going to get there. We look at how to best support ourselves at the beginning of our journey together. How to develop our self-talk to work for us, rather than against us. We introduce the profound effect that nature can have as our self-coaching ally.

Week 2

This week we welcome the protective thoughts that stop us from taking sustained action. You create the unique recipe for you that balances your need for comfort and assurance with your need for change and growth.

Week 3

We address how to communicate effectively and have difficult conversations. The practice of giving and receiving healthy feedback. How to be the source of your own sense of freedom.

Week 4

We look at our drive to control. We embrace who we are and how to create a healthy relationship with ourselves. Caring for ourselves when it's hard. Building our resilience. 

Week 5

This week we dig deep. We look at our authenticity; telling fibs and being honest. Knowing and not knowing things. What we make things mean. How we reward ourselves and celebrate. 

Week 6

Week six has come, over halfway, and we take a leap into appreciating you. Getting comfortable with really valuing yourself. Self-fulfilment rather than selfishness. We also look at our sense of judgment and competition. Deeper still we tap into our own inner wisdom.

Week 7

We play with our sense of truth - what we calculate as facts in our lives and how these beliefs become our blind spots. It’s time to set fire to those limiting beliefs.

Week 8

Self-motivated week. Staying present. We play with our energy and how it affects our mood and when we give our power away.

Week 9

We focus on our judgment of others, and when and how we feel a sense of lack. Stop avoiding saying what you actually want to say. We express ourselves and totally understand our motivations.

Week 10

This is a full spectrum week. We delve into our darkness and our shining light and all the discomfort of the edges of ourselves. We gently and compassionately explore our ability to live a life of purpose without burning out.

Week 11

This - our final week - is celebration time. We create an ongoing sustainability plan and reflect on all the learning and growth of our self-coaching journey together.

You will be part of a small group.
Included in this course is a 90-minute one-to-one coaching session with me during the program to embed the insights and learnings.
The price of this course is £1,260, which can be paid in instalments.
