Mid-week meditation - free every Wednesday
Throughout the pandemic and for the rest of 2020, we are offering this free drop-in session every Wednesday evening via Zoom from 1900-1930. The session consists of a gentle guided meditation hosted by Roger Hunt, founder of Alder Tree Mindfulness, and a great way to support your ongoing mindfulness practice.
30-minutes to reconnect, recharge and restore. Open to all, beginners and experienced are welcome. Meditations will vary from Mindfulness of breathing, body scan and stillness meditations. All sessions include posture set up and a short inquiry/reflection discussion after the meditation to aid understanding and to share experiences as a group.
