MeTreat behavioural transformation retreat
What is MeTreat?
An immersive, collaborative and enlightening experience, thoughtfully led by Angela Cox, that will allow you to discover your best-self.
Angela has fifteen years experience coaching leaders in organisations and has added life-coaching and neuro-linguistic programming, emotional freedom technique and hypnotherapy as well as nutrition and weight management to her skill-set alongside the motivation method, documented in her first book, Enough.
What you can expect
On arrival at the spa hotel hotel at 4.00pm on Friday, you will check into your own executive double room and have access to the spa. A 30 minute massage or facial will be enjoyed before meeting your fellow me-treaters and Angela for dinner at 7.30pm
The next morning, breakfast will be served in the restaurant before a day focussed on mapping out the current state across all aspects of your life. Ahead of the Me-Treat, you will be asked to complete an inner-critic capture exercise which will help us during the first morning. A number of tools and techniques will be used to understand the current state including a personal strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats assessment (SWOT) and writing an obituary, bringing clarity and focus to the things that are holding you back or keeping you stuck as well as illuminating the things you do well.
A two course buffet lunch will provide an opportunity to engage with your co-treaters and reflect on the morning’s activities.
In the afternoon we will create your vision for the future through a variety of creative exercises that will help you step out of your comfort zone and dream big and again this will be applied to all aspects of life.
There will then be time to enjoy the spa facilities from 16.30pm, before meeting for a brief, reflective relaxation session at 7.15pm ahead of a three course dinner at 7.30pm with the first round of drinks included.
Overnight accommodation with a bedtime treat to allow for a good night’s sleep (don’t let your imagination run too wild here) followed by a full English breakfast at 8.15am before day two commences with some meditation at 9am.
Day two will be focussed on understanding the gaps between your current and future states, identifying root causes, possibilities and solutions and creating your own roadmap and timelines to guide you towards your vision for the future.
A two course lunch and refreshments will be provided throughout the day as well as a peppering or thought provoking exercises to get you acting and thinking differently.
You will leave at 3.30pm on the Sunday with a renewed sense of purpose, self-compassion, drive and a clear sense of the things you need to do to turn your vision into reality, plus the connection with a group of like-minded people.

The £250 deposit is non-refundable.
Places cancelled eight days or more before the event will receive 50% of the remaining balance.
Places cancelled within 7 days of the event will receive 25% of the remaining balance.
