A free event for managers, leaders and business owners looking for ways to improve staff well-being.

Explore the value of nature connections and it's benefits on staff well-being. Discover resources, tips and ideas to help to take action and combine green -principles with workforce well-being.

Ideal for managers/leaders, business owners and well-being champions who are:

This workshop aims to generate discussion and share resources to start people in a range of sectors and businesses to achieve actions that nurture nature and employees.

This event shares perspectives on the benefits of nature for staff mental and physical health and how simple actions can benefit employee and environmental health & well-being This event is suitable for businesses who are starting out on their journey with health and well-being and/or green practice. Or for those of you who want to continue to nurture and grow sustainable behaviours that help staff physical and mental health.

The event will share ideas and approaches from JKChangeWork and collaborators and will be a space to explore and plan next steps. From nature themed corporate events to everyday nature connections in the workplace we will help you generate ideas & take action.

This is a free introductory event with limited tickets. (Usual ticket price £49.99 pp)
