Low fee monthly 1-2-1 supervision for coaches

Are you new to coaching supervision? I am offering coaches the opportunity to work with me over the next 6 months at a highly discounted rate!  If you have never had supervision for your coaching practice before, it is a great way to learn and experience it!   

What is Coaching Supervision?  

I define Coaching Supervision as "a formal process of interactive reflection, which places the attention on the development of the coach and the effectiveness of their coaching practice". It is a safe space for the coach to share their successes and struggles in becoming masterful in the way they work with their clients. (NB: Coaching supervision is not mentoring. There is a distinct difference, so please be clear on this before applying :)).

I am a professionally trained coach and supervisor working with coaches, consultants, counsellors, and both student and ordained ministers since 2012. I am a graduate of CSTD (Centre for Supervision & Team Development) and an accredited supervisor with the OneSpirit Interfaith Foundation. I am taking further training with the International Centre for Coaching Supervision (ICCS) to hone my skills in this specialist area.    

The Offer

I am looking for coaches, with an active coaching business, who would welcome the opportunity to journey with me over the next 6 months as I complete my training and get supervised at a highly discounted rate!  

The Commitment

We would work together for 6 months, with 1 supervision session of 75 minutes every month via Zoom.  I have set a suggested baseline fee of £70 per session, with a £50 discount if all 6 sessions are paid for upfront.       

… however … My priority is to practice new tools and techniques and increase my coaching supervision hours, so the fee stated should not be a barrier to getting the supervision support you need and is open to negotiation. 

So … This might be the time to gain new insights about your coaching practice!
