Life coaching explained: A free Q&A so just ask away

I would like to offer this monthly complimentary online session as an another way of getting in touch to ask any questions that you may have in connection with coaching. This may appeal to those of you who have not worked with a coach before, or have a query in connection with a particular aspect of your life or work that you're unsure how to overcome. Perhaps you're just curious and would like to find out more? As far as I'm concerned, every question is relevant, no question too small and your session will of course be treated in the strictest confidence.   

Enquiries are welcomed from both business and private individuals and are offered on a one session per person basis.   

The session times available are as follows:  

08:00 - 09:00
10.00 - 11:00
12:00 - 13:00
14:00 - 15:00
16:00 - 17:00
18:00 - 19:00
