Learn self-compassion for yourself and how to share it with your kids and teens
How can our kids love themselves when we don't show them how?
Let me take you through some basic techniques and exercises in self-compassion so you know how to tune into your three brains; your gut brain, heart brain and head brain.
Recent research shows that our body knows what we need before our head gets the message and tries to make sense of it. When we can tune into our body, we take back control and give ourselves the attention and love we need, and make the best decisions from a position of strength and conviction.
We will do some visualisation, EFT tapping, colour mirrors, mindfulness and muscle testing.
