Joy workshop
Most of us want to feel happier and more content. This workshop is an opportunity to bring more joy into your life and is filled with science-backed techniques to boost your happiness levels. The workshop is based on the science of positive psychology and the benefits of inducing more positive emotion. Discussion and experiential exercises will centre around the topics of self-compassion, kindness, gratitude, positive emotion, and strengths.
I am hosting this event with Bryony Shaw, we are both Msc Positive Psychology graduates. Positive psychology has increased our levels of positive emotion, joy, awe, and happiness and has led to more flourishing lives. We would love to share the principles and research of positive psychology with you at our Joy Workshop.
