I am inspired to invite a small group of people to join me for an intimate online circle exploring the amazing benefits of journaling!

I will be sharing personal stories and reciting extracts from my published poetry book.

Light a candle, make a hot drink and be prepared for an evening of bliss on Tuesday 13th August 7pm-9pm.

In this workshop, you'll learn:

  • How to use journaling to gain clarity on your goals and dreams.
