Intro to mindfulness meditation course

Introduction to mindfulness meditation, its techniques, and practices. Takes place in a small group setting at Harbour House, Kingsbridge.
This course is for beginners or new meditators, not for experienced meditators. Before the course starts, we will have a short phone conversation to check this course is right for you and for you to ask any questions before booking your place.
Included each week;
- teaching on a variety of mindfulness meditation techniques
- practising the meditations
- talk on an aspect of mindfulness, meditation, and compassion
- group discussions and Q&A
- journaling and homework

I am an ICF credentialed Coach and have been using mindfulness meditation techniques as part of my coaching practice for many years, I am now half way through a 2 year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Course led by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, and enjoy teaching and coaching individuals and groups in this very useful life skill.
