About this event
Humans are emotional beings.
Yet, it's sometimes hard to accept and feel our feelings.
Though, no matter who we are, we all experience emotions. They add depth and richness to our lives.
As we dig deeper, we're sure to find valid reasons for our feelings, reasons which make sense to us.
These exercises are about permitting ourselves to feel whatever we feel.
What you will learn
Simple but powerful exercises you can use to help you:
- identify your emotions
- understand and process your feelings
- practice and develop self-compassion
- get to the heart of the matter
This workshop is for anyone who wants:
- an effective way to work through difficult emotions
- to journal daily but doesn't know where to start
- a great addition to their self-care ritual
This is an interactive workshop, so shared thoughts and insights from participants are actively encouraged throughout the event. After each exercise, we'll have a discussion session to explore what came up for everyone.
Although contributing is not mandatory, it enhances the experience for everyone. And it's okay to only share what you feel comfortable disclosing.
Only six slots are available per workshop to promote a safe space for all to share.
