Humans are emotional beings. Yet, it's sometimes hard to accept and feel our feelings.
Though, no matter who we are, we all experience emotions. They add depth and richness to our lives.
As we dig deeper, we're sure to find valid reasons for our feelings, reasons which make sense to us.
These exercises are about permitting ourselves to feel whatever we feel.
