Who is this workshop for?
Anyone who is currently suffering symptoms of stress as a result of their work and wants to learn ways to take back control of the situation. Workload, conflicts, working from home and feeling stuck are common causes of distress.
This engaging and interactive 90 minute workshop will help you:
- understand the difference between stress and pressure
- identify personal stress indicators
- learn how to build resilience
- discover ways to help you manage the things that are causing you to feel stressed
The workshop takes place via Zoom and includes a complementary copy of my "Tips to Manage Your To Do List" Guide.
