Be a goal getter in 2020! Join this friendly and motivating coaching workshop to set your personal life and/or work goals for next year.

Come along, grab a cuppa, and learn how to set your own goals for 2020!

This is for you if;

• you would like to establish, set and achieve your goals for next year, by identifying positive changes that you can choose to make within your personal an/or work life 
• you are new to coaching to get a taster of what it's all about or would like a mini coaching refresher
• you would like the gift of effective coaching tools to use, for life!

Bring along a lovely notepad to capture your coaching journey and wear whatever you feel comfortable in.

Please note, spaces are limited to a max of eight people and this is on a first-come, first-served basis so that you get the most out of this inspiring group workshop session.

You don't have to stand up in front of others and won't be put on the spot, although usually being in a relaxing room of like-minded people, becomes a fab opportunity if you do wish to talk freely in a safe environment.

Please note there are external/internal flights of stairs to the workshop room. Parking is free daily after 3pm at Water Meadows, or there is a public pay and display car park next to the beautiful relaxing Lotus Therapy Centre building. All parking is at owners' risk and liability.
