Friendly ways to organise your life workshop
As ADHD affects our executive function, planning our life can be challenging so we will look at the tools that work in order to organise our life more effectively.
This workshop is held on every Tuesday morning at 9am for 30 minutes and will give you an insight into group coaching. It will also instil friendly ways to organise your life incorporating self-compassion. It will introduce a daily planner that is tried and tested to make life easier for you and those around you.
