Fresh air Fridays at Lepe
This is a group walking coaching session with a theme of the month and guided discussion. Fresh air Fridays combine physical activity and personal development perfectly, and the session is a lovely way to spend time in nature. The sessions will give you the time to take a break from your busy life and help you to fill yourself up.
The session starts at the top car park and moves down to the beach. The session lasts for three hours and includes a break for tea/coffee and mindfulness meditation.
Fresh air Fridays takes you outside to make you feel good on the inside.

I have been a Fresh Air Fridays member for 3 years and I am bringing the sessions to the New Forest. I love being outside and combining walking in nature with sharing insight and discovery with others. There is something magical about connecting with nature, connecting with self and connecting with others.
