This workshop is for anyone struggling to stay motivated to exercise who wants to become fitter but never seems to quite get there. Are you hitting the gym one week then the sofa the next?

When we work together I will help you figure out your fitness goals and help you become clear in what you want to achieve.
I'm not selling any fitness products or a magical potion to getting fitter! All you need is the desire to change and I will do the rest!

I will be hosting the event. I realised it is important to have fitness goals otherwise how do we know when we've reached 'fitter'. I have my own fitness goals and that what drives me to keep motivated to exercise. Focus on what you want and you will get it!
