Emotional well-being and the menopause - how to manage the change positively
An informal and relaxed session exploring different ways to support well-being during mid-life. Wendela Elsen, an experienced life coach, will begin the session by discussing symptoms of the menopause and what you can do to manage them better. She will particularly focus on the emotional symptoms and what we can do to help ourselves and each other. The second part of the session will be taken by Emma Nash, a massage therapist and aromatherapist with a special interest in treating mid life women naturally.
