Laura from 'Confidence Matters' is running an eight-hour confidence course (spread across two Saturdays, that's four hours per session on the 17th & 24th February 2018) in Bangor, starting 2pm Saturday 17th February.
This course guarantees to be fun and informative, whilst offering many practical confidence building tips. Sources of tools and discussion are based on a combination of life coaching tools, NLP techniques and positive psychology theories.
Laura will be covering how we can control our negative inner dialogue, how our emotional state directly impacts our physical state and vice versa, and what simple daily activities we all can put into place to improve our confidence levels. The aim of this course is to help enable you to live a life of less self-questioning, better decision making and fun.
If you want to walk into a room and feel comfortable in your own skin and exude confidence in all your daily interactions, this may well be the course for you.
